Access to the salary negotiation solution

You must be on the AAU network or connected to the VPN to access the salary negotiation solution.

New in 2026

The salary negotiation solution (LFL) will be updated with a number of improvements designed to make the process more transparent and user-friendly. Users will be able to view last year’s results, get a better overview of entered results, and receive email notifications when a case is pending approval. In addition, the Excel export will be improved, approvals and status will be displayed more clearly, and the overall user experience will be optimized with more guidance and a better overview throughout the entire process.
