New in 2025

In 2025, the salary negotiation process has been shortened and streamlined, especially after negotiations have been finalised. To support this, the Salary Negotiation Solution (LFL) has been expanded to include this part of the process. This means that managers must now enter negotiation results into the system and union representatives must approve these in the system.
