AI assistant for bonus justifications
For a number of years, the audit team has been paying close attention to the justifications for the bonuses that employees receive, either in connection with annual salary negotiations or on an ongoing basis. Therefore, we wish to strengthen the support for the formulation of these justifications. The AI assistant was developed based on the criteria that a bonus justification must meet.
