HR offers support for leadership team development, whether you are a newly established team, experience collaboration challenges, or wish to work in a more strategic and forward-looking way. We always tailor our approach to your specific needs and facilitate processes that strengthen the shared leadership responsibility.

We use tools such as DiSC and NEO-PI to create insight into team dynamics, strengths, and patterns of collaboration. In addition, we have extensive experience in facilitating seminars and development programmes — both on-site and off-site — to support new conversations and perspectives.

HR provides consultant support at no cost. Any additional expenses, such as accommodation, tests (DiSC/NEO-Pi), venue hire, and catering, are covered by the local unit.
