Workshop Content:
- Introduction to Cultural Awareness: Gain a foundational understanding of cultural awareness
- The CQ Model: Evaluate your own cultural intelligence using the CQ model.
- Cultural Dimensions: Explore key cultural dimensions such as power distance, trust (task- vs. relations-oriented), and communication (direct/indirect).
- From Theory to Practice: Learn how to build CQ competencies in relation to specific cultural differences and work situations.
- Personal Strategies for Cultural Intelligence: Reflect on new knowledge and develop personal strategies and actions for being more culturally inclusive.
Throughout the workshop, we will use examples and cases relevant to AAU to ensure the content is practical and easy to implement.
