Maternity conversations

Here you can read about the maternity interviews that are held between manager and employee before, during and after maternity leave. You can also find templates and guides for the birth/adopter, co-parent and manager.

The mandatory conversations held between employee and manager before, during and again after maternity leave should provide a framework for relevant clarifications, including discussions about work tasks.

The conversations should also be supported by a toolbox of tools that the manager can use to ensure a smooth transition from work to maternity or parental leave and from maternity or parental leave to work again.
