Staff Development Dialogue at AAU
Staff development dialogues or SDD are part of Aalborg University’s strategy for competence development. The dialogues are held annually for all employees*. The diaologues are to ensure a closer link between AAU’s strategic direction, the department’s goals and the individual’s development goals.
The purpose is to promote strategic competence development by strengthening employees in their current roles while at the same time ensuring that they develop the competencies needed for future tasks and requirements. In addition, the conversations provide a dedicated opportunity to discuss well-being, motivation, and other important topics with employees.
