Competency development
Both academic staff and technical/administrative staff are offered personal and professional job development characterised by cohesion between competencies and work tasks. Competency development is thus a strategic tool for developing the entire organisation. Continuous competency development helps ensure an attractive and efficient workplace with highly qualified staff.
Employee development interviews (MUS) support competency development. These interviews are held annually in order to establish the development requirements of individual employees in relation to current and future work tasks.
