Absence and retention policy
The circumstances of individual employees must be considered in case of illness, and the consequences of sick leave must be limited as far as possible. Therefore the aim is to provide as much security as possible for employees in connection with illness. Standard frameworks and procedures for the handling by managers of absence due to illness is an asset that can help to prevent absence due to illness, long-term illness, exhaustion, lack of job satisfaction, work-related injuries, etc. The objective is to facilitate a return to work following illness.
