Personnel policy for Aalborg University
A modern institution of knowledge and learning is based on creativity and job satisfaction arising from close co-operation between employees and management. This personnel policy sets out the general framework for such co-operation and supports the continuous development of creativity and job satisfaction. The co-operation committees for the main areas and the institutes may enter into local agreements within the framework of the personnel policy and underlying agreements made by the main co-operation committee (HSU) on behalf of the entire university.
The following is a description of the general framework as interpreted by HSU. In this personnel policy relevant links are provided at the end of each section to underlying agreements that expand on the contents of the sections or describe how circumstances mentioned in the sections may express themselves locally. Apart from describing the general framework, this document may also serve as a management guidebook and a practical tool for both management and employee representatives on the co-operation committees.
